Terms and conditions

1. Products that are covered will be marked by the "Money-back guarantee" label under the Protection section of the Product details page.

2. If products were lost or damaged during transit, the buyer can apply for a partial or full refund.

3. The order amount including the shipping fee but excluding taxes cannot exceed US $10,000.

4. The buyer can initiate a refund for lost or damaged products within the claim period of the order. Once the period is over, the coverage will also expire.

5. If you suspect that your order was lost during delivery, apply for a refund with the reason "Delivery is taking too long". Make sure to apply after the scheduled delivery date is up.

6. If the products were damaged after you received them, apply for a refund with the reason "Damaged upon arrival" as soon as possible.

7. Alibaba.com is responsible for making a decision on disputes regarding lost and damaged products and may verify with the logistics carrier. This process may take some time.

8. Once Alibaba.com and the logistics carrier confirm the occurrence of lost and damaged products, the platform will promptly initiate a refund. Refunds are usually credited to the buyer's bank account within 20 business days.
