Terms and conditions

1. If the order has not been delivered on or before the specified delivery date, buyers can select "Apply for compensation" in My Alibaba > Orders > All orders. Buyers can apply within 30 calendar days of the specified delivery date.

2. If the buyer does not file a claim, Alibaba.com will automatically issue compensation on the second day after the specified date (specified delivery date + 1 calendar day). This feature is available to Enterprise and Enterprise Pro buyers only.

3.Upon successful completion of the claim, the buyer will receive up to USD 100 in compensation for future Trade Assurance orders.

4. A buyer can only make one claim per Trade Assurance order.

5. The buyer must place an order through Alibaba.com by selecting "Start order," request the supplier to start one for a product marked with "Guaranteed delivery" on the Product details page, or select a logistics provider eligible for this guarantee to an address covered by the provider.

6. To be eligible, the product must reach the buyer after the specified delivery date, which is the date of payment + lead time + shipping time + handling time, indicated in the Order details page after payment.

7. The buyer must not cancel the order even if the specified delivery date has passed.

8 The buyer may not change the delivery address after completing payment for the order.
